Blue Ridge Brokerage will work with you to write a marketing brochure which will most effectively position your business to maximize its value. This brochure should include Your Story on how the business started and where it is today. We will utilize this brochure across all our marketing outlets.
Online and Digital Platforms
We utilize several platforms to extend our marketing as broadly as possible. BizBuySell, LoopNet, our proprietary Website, Digital Platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
Targeted E-mails and phone calls
BRB has a network of investors that we’ve built over many years. We have a solid understanding of the type of businesses our investor network seeks and will bring relevant ideas to them. We also have a large broker list in which we do regular outreach.
Qualify Buyers
We have several discussions with potential Buyers before sharing confidential information. We look to ensure they have the buyer power, aptitude, and right cultural fit to be a potential new Owner. As such, we ensure each Qualified Buyer executes a NDA.
High-level diligence questions
